With cremation, it is still possible to have a traditional funeral and graveside service, with the cremated remains interred in an urn vault or cemetery columbarium. Other popular options include retaining the cremated remains in individual memorial containers of various shapes, or scattering at sea, in the loved one’s favorite place, or in a special memorial garden.
